OCEANVIEW Frisco - Embrace the quietude and immerse yourself in the tranquility of SEA BISCUIT, a four-bedroom, five-full-bath custom designed home tucked away on a tree-lined street, yet easily walkable to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Once your family settles in, so does the natural rhythm of a beach resort vacation. Wake up from a restful night’s sleep in one of three king master bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom assure the kids have a private lair to call their own. Plus, two more full bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access by everyone in the group. After you rise and shine, rise up to the home’s third level, the heartbeat of the house. Coffee is brewing in the nicely equipped kitchen and breakfast is served at the six-seat counter. Later in the day, the 10-seat dining table hosts the family for those memorable meals you’ve been dreaming about. The cozy great room is perfect for game nights or watching your favorite shows on a 50" flat screen TV; or step outside and enjoy the spacious screened-in porch with a bubbly hot tub to lull your body into total relaxation. The pinnacle of this home’s lure? A tower level with a secondary living area, ocean and sound views your family will remember all year through. Book today and don’t let SEA BISCUIT get away.
