The Space:
This spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. lakefront estate is designed for guests seeking privacy, luxury, and unparalleled lakefront living. Featuring Five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, and memorable group gatherings.
Throughout the home, soaring log-beamed ceilings, a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows showcase stunning panoramic views of Big Bear Lake from nearly every room.
The chef's gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring premium appliances, a gas cooktop, expansive counter space, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area. Just beyond, the expansive lakeview deck creates the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails overlooking the water.
The home's luxury amenities include a dedicated TV lounge with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and 60" LCD television, as well as a private game room complete with a wet bar, pool table, and shuffleboard. Absolutely blown away by the property and experience. The place was spotless which was a very important issue for us. There was plenty of space for our huge family. The main room with a view of the lake was incredible and made our trip worth every penny. The hosts were great, communicative and understanding. The game room was a plus that the entire family enjoyed. We went with several families with kids ranging in age from 1 to 9 and everybody including the adults had a blast. The house is so great that we were rained in for three days and still had enough room and activities to keep us entertained. We will definitely try to be back for a summer trip.

Perfect location for large group. Quiet, so clean, SO many amenities you want for nothing. It’s such a special place to go relax, adventure and reset. Mario is fabulous as usual. We’ll be back again next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Big Bear. This home provided plenty of space, beautiful views, activities and more. The house is conveniently located near hiking trails, boat rentals and localShops. The property management team was very helpful with responding to questions and needs.

Large home with lots of room for our adult children and their families. Fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table, and lots of furniture easily accommodated all of us. We had helpful communication with the owner a couple of times and they responded almost immediately. Had a great stay!
