The private outdoor area is ideal for enjoying long summer days. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and views of the peaceful countryside. A large, carefully maintained garden provides plenty of room for children to play and adults to relax in privacy. In the evening, the illuminated pool and villa create a particularly pleasant atmosphere.

A covered outdoor terrace with a dining area and barbecue is available for shared meals and relaxed evenings outdoors. The villa also includes family-friendly details and a play corner for younger guests, making it especially suitable for holidays with children.

Guests of Villa Roko also have access to a nearby children’s playground and basketball court, created by the owner and shared exclusively with guests staying in Villa Roko and three neighbouring holiday villas. This additional recreational area offers children more space to play and gives guests the opportunity to enjoy sports and outdoor activities during their stay.

With its six bedrooms and bathrooms, private pool, spacious garden and excellent facilities for both adults and children, Villa Roko is an ideal choice for a comfortable and memorable holiday in southern Istria.
