Vacation Rental "Düün Hüs, Apartment No. 4" in Westerland, Sylt
Pure luxury right on Westerland Beach
With 103 square meters of space spread over two floors, Apartment No. 4 at the “Düün Hüs” invites you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest from the very first minute. In addition to the rooms’ exquisite furnishings, the Düün Hüs stands out above all for its exclusive location right by the beach. The beach access is right outside the door!
Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 small balconies, and a luxury kitchen: All rooms are upscale and designed with an eye for detail. They reflect the characteristic color schemes of the island of Sylt. Enjoy well-maintained, spacious surroundings for relaxation and cozy get-togethers with up to 6 people.
Floor plan:
Four-room apartment on the upper and attic floors, approx. 103 square meters of living space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Upper Floor:
The very airy, bright living area, with its open kitchen and adjoining dining area, serves as the social hub of your vacation home. State-of-the-art Miele appliances—including an induction stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher—will help you enjoy cooking. And thanks to the Nespresso machine, no one has to wait long for that little caffeine boost.
A successful vacation for everyone—no matter the weather—also includes a comprehensive range of entertainment and communication equipment: How does a 3D Full HD TV with a BD/DVD player and hard-disk recorder, along with a Sonoro stereo music system featuring a CD player, DAB/FM radio, and Bluetooth playback from a tablet or smartphone, sound to you?
Speaking of phones: The vacation rental includes a flat-rate phone plan for calls to German landlines and cell phones, as well as internet access with Wi-Fi and a flat-rate data plan.
On this floor, you’ll also find a truly dreamlike bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) next to a small bathroom with a shower and toilet.
In addition, there’s a large bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet. The bathroom’s design is not only luxurious but also thoughtfully planned—especially for families.
Attic: Two additional rooms are available on the top floor. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). The storage space for clothes and other items leaves nothing to be desired.
In the “children’s room,” two single beds (90 cm x 2 m) invite guests to gaze at the stars through two large windows. All rooms feature a smaller version of the stereo system from the living area with identical functions.
