A luxury country home to fall in love with.
Beautiful oak floorboards as far as the eye can see. Perfect carpentry. A unique location—even offering a small view of the sea from the attic. A skillful blend of a cozy country home and the Sylt lifestyle.
Look forward to the stylishly designed guest bathroom, the beautiful, high-end furnished living room, or the spacious master bedroom with a fantastic view over the heathland. And your sunny south-facing terrace overlooking the expansive, nature-protected heathland property is simply a dream!

The thatched section of the house, comprising the first floor, first floor, and attic, accommodates up to 4 people. Approx. 100 sqm of usable space.
Ground Floor: Spacious, light-filled living room with high-quality furnishings, TV, DVD player, and radio. A beautifully designed dining area flows into a newly renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, a microwave/oven combo, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. A gorgeous south-facing terrace with teak patio furniture and a beach chair (available from approximately April through October). Modern guest bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: Spacious and beautifully designed master bedroom with elegant oak floorboards, a double bed (approx. 2x1.8 m), and custom-built cabinetry, plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV. Small, cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. Another room with a French bed (approx. 2x1.4 m each).
Attic: Here you’ll find another open-concept room with 2 separate beds (80x200 m) and a TV. Small but fantastic ocean view.
