Larger size car will not fit. If you bringing larger car you can utilize nearby metered streets by paying hourly rates or purchase a city's monthly permit for $110, which is the only term offered. These permits allow you to park in metered or designated spaces.
Unauthorized parking on the property will result in a $100 daily fee, and a contracted towing company will tow the vehicle at the guest's expense.
Most restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, making a car unnecessary for enjoying local dining options.
House Rules:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all guests.
Pets are not allowed due to the host's medical condition.
No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, parties, grilling, and barbecuing are not permitted on the property.

The apartment was very clean. The towels and bedding all looked brand new and smelled so fresh and clean - something I love. The hosts couldn’t have been better. The husband was working on the building and he was so cheerful and super nice. He checked with me every single time he saw me to make sure everything was good. Even the people he hired to help him work on the build were extremely nice. The beach view is exactly as pictured in the listing and parking was right outside the front door. Tons of restaurants, bars, gift shops, bicycle rental, etc on the boardwalk which is steps away. And the unit had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, towels, etc, everything you need for the beach. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only thing I wish the unit I stayed in had was more windows. I just like a lot of natural light and there wasn’t a lot of that. But that was the ONLY thing that was a little disappointing. Otherwise perfect stay.

Pros: close to beach, good size, clean, free parking if you have a compact car; very nice, hot shower with great water pressure; beach towels available.
Cons: steps up to building are higher than regulation; no railing to hang on to unless you lean over and grab the patio gate; foam mattress not good for a heavy person (my husband is 275 lbs); only one couch to sit on in living room (one photo showed an overstuffed chair that was not there); beach chairs available are really camping chairs-not comfortable and blow over easily; mattress pad and fitted sheet kept coming off the bed; the place gets little to no sun, quite dark inside.
