A cozy lifestyle in a prime location near the beach—all in a historic Frisian house dating back to 1695.

You’ll be staying in one of the island’s oldest Frisian houses, dating back to 1695, nestled under a thatched roof. The walls are crooked and uneven, and the old roof beams have been restored to be both visible and part of the experience. Inside, a complete contrast awaits you: everything has been lovingly and extremely stylishly redesigned for you, down to the smallest detail. Before we rave any further about the interior, we don’t want to keep the brilliant location from you any longer: it’s just a few steps to the beach and the sea, and you’ll find the cozy village pond right around the corner. Breakfast rolls, fine restaurants, and Feinkost Meyer are also just a stone’s throw away. With Studio 95, you’ve found the ideal location—quiet, yet right in the heart of Wenningstedt.
Right outside your front door, a cozy, sunny little garden awaits you—a true gem. In the summer, the lilacs and hydrangeas bloom in all their glory. You’ll find a seating area with lounge chairs and a beach chair for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors—all equipped with cushions, of course. And naturally, a beach chair is also a must-have (all garden furniture is available from approximately April through October).
A parking space is available next to the house. This is a non-smoking residence. Electric vehicle charging station available free of charge.
