On the ground floor are the living room with an open fire, the dining area with large glass windows, the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fist floor features five cosy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In a separate apartment in the basement of the villa unobtrusively lives a housekeeper, who takes care of the daily tidying up service. Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the well-tended garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with sun terrace. Anyone seeking variety can enjoy many different excursions. There is plenty to see and do in the area: whether you are visiting one of the charming nearby baroque towns - such as Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla - or Catania and Taormina, exploring the nature reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche, diving and snorkelling in the Plemmirio marine protected area, or visiting the Etna Park or the island of Capo Passero.
