This is a perfect house for families and friends. It's super close to the beach and has a perfectly sized pool for when the beach is too windy. There are several options for eating inside, on the screened in deck or at the picnic table under the house. It's a short walk to ice cream, dining and a massive candy store but feels away from the hustle and bustle of kitty hawk or nags head. The house has one of the best equipped kitchens of any house I've ever rented including a standmixer, an air fryer, loads of plates, baking trays, pots and pans and utensils. We baked a two tier birthday cake with homemade frosting, and made our own sea food boil without needing to bring or but anything but the ingredients! The owner was very responsive even when we locked ourselves out right at checkout Saving this one for next time!

The property was super clean and organized. Our weather wasn't that great so we didn't sit on beach or the pool for that long. Location of property was an easy walk to shops and easy access to beach!
