Luxury & Design by the Sea
Your home is ideally located between the village pond and the dunes: The convenience of being within walking distance of Wenningstedt’s diverse shopping options and numerous restaurants combines here with a quiet setting and a short distance to the beach: hear and smell the sea from the sheltered south-facing balcony. In your sun-drenched garden nook, lined with wild roses, a beach chair is available from approximately April through October—an inviting spot for breakfast or simply to relax.
Your home offers approximately 80 square meters of comfortable living space spread over two levels. Here, modern design blends with maritime elements. The harmonious and understated color scheme creates a relaxed vacation atmosphere. Cleverly integrated built-in closets and a storage room in the attic provide ample storage space.
You should treat yourself to this vacation at a prime location in Wenningstedt.

You’ll find a cozy spot for two—perfect for a quick break or to wind down after a sunny day at the beach—on the sheltered south-facing balcony.
From the living room, a door leads to the hallway with a staircase up to the bedrooms. Here you’ll also find one of the two spa-style bathrooms, featuring a large glass shower, a toilet, towel and floor heating, and a built-in closet with space for your belongings.
Directly across from it is an additional bedroom (80x200 cm) with a small desk and a built-in closet, which can also serve as a pleasant retreat during the day.

Top Floor: Here you’ll find a spacious room with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV (cable). Spacious built-in closets are cleverly integrated. Another room with two built-in single beds (80x200) is located across the hall. Summer and winter blankets are provided.
