The Space:

This two-story rental unit sleeps four guests in a villa just three minutes from Long Bay Beach in Providenciales. You'll have your own private entrance to the apartment, while the pool and parking are shared with two neighboring units when occupied. The biggest draw? Step out your door and into the enclosed pool area whenever you need to cool off between beach runs.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to a small balcony. There's also a half bath on the main floor for convenience.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

Downstairs, the living area centers around an L-shaped sofa and Smart TV with cable—sliding glass doors lead straight to the pool. The kitchen comes ready for everything from morning coffee to full meals, with a breakfast bar for two and a dining table that seats the whole group. You'll find a washer and dryer tucked into a closet in the common area.



Outdoor Amenities

The villa sits on a fully fenced lot with lush greenery and an enclosed pool shared among the three units. Long Bay Beach is a 15-minute walk or three-minute drive, home to the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School. Grace Bay—with its water sports, restaurants, and shopping—is less than 10 minutes by car, as is The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club.



Good To Know

Each unit has its own modem for reliable Wi-Fi, and there are two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable throughout. A rental car is highly recommended—this residential area in Leeward Settlement offers great privacy, but shops and restaurants aren't within walking distance.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the two-story, two-bedroom main unit (apartment #1) within the villa. If the other units are rented, the pool area and parking are shared.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more!



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there are 2 parking spaces at the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Salt, Pepper and Oil are not provided during the stay.

- For stays of more than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $75 will be applied.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.

- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests must climb stairs at the property.

- All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a gate code followed by a digital code for entry to the home. Before arrival, you will receive full instructions and all necessary codes.
