The building brings a saltwater dipping pool, an outdoor grill-and-firepit area, a top-floor sky deck with skyline views, gated entry, and on-site parking. Broadway is under two miles — a quick rideshare downtown.
The Space:
Stay in a piece of Nashville's History! The 1865 is a pre-Civil War era building recently renovated into luxury apartments. Our unit is conveniently located on the first floor, close to all amenities, including a pool and outdoor bar/entertainment area. Location! Location! Location! The 1865 is centrally located within Nashville and easy access to the Gulch, Vanderbilt, Broadway, Music Row, or anywhere else you wish to go!

The pool will be open from the end of March onwards.
Beautiful exposed brick and original wooden beams line the walls and ceilings of this building.
- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville and Memphis. The unit was clean and easily accommodated our party of three. Plenty of bath towels and a very comfortable king bed. The unit is in a building detached from the speak easy and pool but only a few steps away thru the parking lot. Property host was prompt in communicating.We would stay again if ever in the Nashville area.
