If you are looking for a house to enjoy your family holidays, this house in La Tranche-sur-Mer can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children. Its main asset is its outdoor space where you will enjoy sharing fresh croissants for breakfast or grilled skewers on the barbecue on summer evenings. Not to mention its proximity to the large beach which will allow you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the sea: Swimming, walks, rock pooling, sunbathing....
Inside, you will find a lounge area where you will enjoy relaxing in front of a film on the television, then a round table invites you to share good meals. Finally, you will find the red kitchen, well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to prepare your specialities.
The sleeping area is upstairs. You will find two bedrooms there. The first will be ideal for parents with its double bed, and the second will delight the children with its bunk bed and trundle bed, so they can share moments of laughter before bedtime.
The house also has a bathroom, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a barbecue and a parking space.
