I liked location and availability of the shuttle to go to T5. I did no like the automated checking in process. It seemed like the one in MacDonalds with the lack of support

It was a perfect overnight stay for our layover. Clean room and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

we used this as a quick stay after a cruise before getting our flight home the next day. The staff was so courteous and amazing, particularly in the bar and restaurant. Very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to Terminal 5.
