This is a quiet, comfortable and spacious apartment, with 125m2, in a modern building (marble walls) called Marina Club, at Avenida Arriaga 73, on the 4th floor of the Marina Shopping Mall, with a bakery, an Italian Restaurant and a car rental company immediately underneath.
The apartment is right next to 2 emblematic Gardens (Municipal and Santa catarina), close to everything, right in the center of Funchal.
It has 4 large windows that give access to the large wrap-around balcony that surrounds the whole apartment and was designed to enjoy all day, sunlight, from sunrise to sunset.
From the balcony you will have a perfect view looking down to the main harbour boulevard, overlooking the harbour, the marina, the cruise liner terminal, all the way down to the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum and Hotel.
The bedroom and main living areas both have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The sound proofing in the apartment is excellent, so the apartment is very quiet, even being in the heart of Funchal. With all 4 patio doors securely closed you will not hear a thing from outside and you will get the feeling that you are out of the city center.
From all divisions you can reach the big round balcony (sun all day) where you can relax and take full advantage of Madeira’s good climate while enjoying your meals.
From the balcony you will have a suberb scenery and also you will be in a privileged place to watch the fireworks of June, New Year and our traditional parades like the Flower Festival and the Carnival.
In the beddroom beds can be placed side by side if required, forming a double bed.
In the dinning room there is a space reserved for 2 more beds, a bed settee which will convert to two single beds, ideal for children and young people.
There are two lifts in the building.

We have been coming to this property for 6 weeks for the past 3 years and have booked again for next year. Although the apartment could use a little updating the location is so good in every way that you can overlook the few shortcomings in the apartment. Miguel is outstanding and always available and helpful if you need him. Looking forward to next year already.

Miguel’s apartment was just as described with a large balcony providing amazing views.It was clean, spacious and well equipped.Miguel was there to meet us and show us around and provided lots of tips and ideas for our stay.The location was perfect, opposite the marina area, near to the Plaza shopping centre including Pingo supermarket and within walking distance to the cable car, buses and old town. The Allora restaurant below the apartments served delicious Italian food. The view of the New Year fireworks display was amazing.An ideal apartment for visiting Madeira.

It is a lovely apartment in a great location. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. We stayed for 4 weeks and the apartment was never cleaned. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for a change of towels and extra bedding. If it is the owners policy not to clean the apartment on a weekly basis then this should be made clear in the listing
