This condo was our first VRBO experience and was excellent. The condo was clean, well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The unit includes upgraded kitchen and LR furniture and two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen had high end Whirlpool appliances, as well as a very nice LG washer/dryer. The furniture on the balcony was high end and very comfortable, with amazing views of the water and sunsets. The condo complex includes a very nice pool and hot tub. There are also very good Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon to carry your stuff to the water. The owner's communication was excellent before and during the stay. Highly recommend the property for your Marco Island vacation.

Super comfortable balcony furniture, which is where we spent most of our non- beach time. Updated kitchen and showers plus great dishwasher, washer and dryer all made living nice and easy. New beach chairs and handy cart. We've stayed at Seawinds several times and would be glad to come back to this unit.Host was very responsive to all questions.

Property was excellent for a beach & pool vacation. Unit as described and the views were indeed stunning the large patio was a big bonus and the master with its own patio access was Devine. Spent many days reading from bed sipping coffee and listening to the waves. We did use the pull out couch so made our stay a little tight but we knew the space in advance. Patricia was amazing fast replies, detailed responses and was incredibly accommodating. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon all big plus!
Pickle ball is on site and we did bring our rackets.
Marco island is pretty “sleepy” not many beach front food/drink options and no close tiki beach front activities, but for a beach trip it’s perfect
Washer and dryer in room always a big plus!
