House was well maintained and well stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware, etc. Living room seating was comfortable. Kitchen table was a great size with lots of seats. Outdoors had many chairs and tables. The pool was a wonderful bonus and we enjoyed it. The location is perfect for us. We had a great time. The owners and manager were wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

Perfect location, walking distance to family wedding at Bird/Betty's. The pool was perfect for a warm October. The house had everything we needed

This is probabaly a wonderful place to stay in and around the summer months. Unfortunately it is not good when there is freezing winter temperatures and high winds. Minimal insualation and lack of central heating made this a diificult house to use fully. While space heaters were available they could not do the job in several bedrooms and common areas. Several times a fuse blew when we tried to put two heaters in one room and another room was unbearable no matter what was done. While the owner did tell us there were space heaters and no central heating, in many cases they were small heaters and/or unable to handle the larger spaces of the living and dining areas. Temperatures got to 29 with high winds.
