Come vacation in this fabulous Tahoe city cabin. Extensive cleaning measures are in place. New comforters in all beds.

The cabin also includes access to a private 3.5 acre beach with 2 piers (within 1 block walking distance) and is just a 1.5 mile walk into the main town of Tahoe City and a block away from Sunnyside restaurant and resort. PROS:- [ ] Walkable to private beach- [ ] Lots of towels- [ ] Lots of space- [ ] Deck and spa- [ ] Host (Barret Woods) was very responsive to chat questions - [ ] Beds are very comfortable - [ ] House is mostly cleanCONS:- [ ] Needs an information binder (Tv, master bath spa instructions, outdoor spa instructions)- [ ] Kitchen floor in front of sink warped and bows- [ ] Master bath jacuzzi tub dirty when jets turned on Mold came out.- [ ] Only one roll of paper towels for a house for 12- [ ] Cabinets don’t close fully (previous comments and pictures from previous guest)- [ ] Shampoo and conditioners only 1/4 full in all bathrooms- [ ] Lack of air flow. Single AC unit on the stairs. Cannot open all windows as some have no screen or the screens are ripped. - [ ] Would greatly benefit from a front door screen door or kitchen screen door.

The house was excellent! Perfect location and comfortable amenities. We especially loved the deck & hot tub :)

Nice place, very homey feeling. Had plenty of amenities for use towels, extra shampoo & conditioner and body wash was super nice a few people staying had forgotten such. The three bathrooms made it easy for multiple people having to use the bathroom or getting ready at the same time. Clean rooms lots of beds. The jacuzzi and the deck was very nice to be outside and be able to talk and hangout with your party. Overall had a wonderful stay, would rent/stay there again.

I stayed up here for the week with my friends and the location, amenities and space of this house were all perfect. Candidly, the place didn’t seem VRBO ready as it was messy and was missing many of the things one would expect when staying for a week. No extra garbage bags, paper towels or dishwasher detergent. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. No vacuum charger, the broom is busted. Many of the drawers were filled with random items, curtains were broken. Even the deck had 4 shovels, just shattered across the deck, making the whole place rundown. All that said, the place was pretty cheap and slept a lot of people. I won’t be coming back, but if I was in my 20s and more money-conscious, I’d give this a go!
