Why Book With Us?
We keep our rates competitive by removing the "cancellation premiums" added by other hosts. Because most flexible refund policies expire 30–60 days before arrival, they offer little real protection for typical travel bookings. We recommend using the money you save on our lower rates to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance—a superior safety net that covers your entire trip .

We’ve stayed at this house a couple times now and never disappoints. Ron is a great host that has an open line of communication at all times. Very friendly, respectful and easy to work/talk with which can be hard today renting vacation homes. I look forward to renting this home again next year and would recommend 100 percent.

I stay at Ron's properties annually and always have an incredible experience. Thanks again, Ron, for accommodating my last-minute booking!

My mother and I celebrated her 70th birthday in this gorgeous home . We spend our time relaxing by the pool and taking in all of the beauty of the desert . Ron was a great host , very responsive to all our questions . We saw all sorts of birds , javelina , and even a bobcat strolled by in the early morning . The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . I would stay here again .

The house was great. We loved sitting out by the pool. Check in easy. So easy to get in touch with the host. Will stay there again if in Tucson
