The décor is peaceful, fresh and uncluttered for a totally relaxing vacation. The balcony overlooks a most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, 3 three sparkling blue swimming pools below and the boardwalk access to the beach. Created with you in mind, this luxury two bedroom with the bonus bunk room condominium located in Ariel Dunes II is available for you now. Entertain special friends and family members in the sleekly appointed family room with a Large flat-screen LCD television . There is a comfortable sofa that offers relaxation after a fun day in the sun. With two additional swivel chairs there is plenty of room to relax after a hard day of play.
You will welcome the relaxation and comfort that our condo provides along with spectacular views from the South balcony. With breathtaking views of the Gulf and the Bay our condo is also just a short walk to the beach. Our condo has an open floor plan with two bedrooms and a bonus bunkroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony and views of the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed w/ attached bath. The bonus bunkroom has a set of bunkbeds and a view of the golf course and bay.
This calming and open floor plan also features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and G.E. Profile appliances. You will feel right at home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from every window. You will also have access to 11,000 sq ft of pools, a18 hole championship golf course, 8 tennis courts and access to 2,000 sq. ft. of snow-white sandy beaches.

Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short 2-mile drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within walking distance. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come. For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village. Overall we had a great stay at Seas The Day! We stayed 2 weeks from May 30th - June 13th. The property was clean and accurate with the rental photos. The view was great and the walk to the beach wasn’t difficult. It only took a 5-7 minute walk to get from the 13 floor condo to the beach. The water pressure was good, but the shower heads could use a replacement. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but that is very common for rentals and it’s just my own preference. At the time we stayed, there were a few beach chairs for guest use stored on the balcony and some beach toys. The trash and elevators are close to the room which makes it convenient. I was a little worried about having to wait around for elevators, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The kitchen had quite a few things, but was missing a baking tray, oven mitt, and the skillets are pretty worn. Also, the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t producing ice and I didn’t know how to get it to work. And there weren’t any ice trays to make our own. That being said, overall it was a good rental and those things didn’t really hamper our stay. Just some things that could maybe use some updating.

We had stayed at Majestic Sun a few weeks before for a Topeka Live event and preferred this property. Lower price and much newer, better appointed, better (and heated) pools, quieter, cleaner. I've stayed at Ariel Dunes II before and love the location. For food there's Whale's Tale, Cabana Cafe, Acme Oyster and 2 Birds for breakfast. All excellent choices or cook in on the great appliances and cookware available in the rental unit. Lots of beach accessories and comfortable seats on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!
