Cozy 1 bedroom with a set of bunks and pullout sofa. This villa has been updated with new coastal grey wood laminate flooring and paint.
The unit is on the 2nd floor close to the elevator, close to the beach and has some view of the ocean from the deck.
It has a full kitchen with seats for 4 at the table. The bath has a private entrance to the bedroom.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has all the amenities to make your vacation one to remember. Beach pool, beach bar, tennis & pickle ball.
Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.
Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each.
Plan ahead - Our 2025 fall and winter promotions are in effect!
Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

My family and I so love Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The lay out is very family friendly. This unit is in close proximity to the pool, beach access, and restaurants on the property. Love the unit is secluded from a lot of traffic, and a view of the quiet marsh.

The condo was fine. I would not stay in the summertime. No ceiling fans. Some other small issues, just not my favorite at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis.

It was a nice condo. It was enough room for us. Walking distance to pool and beach. Quiet resort and very family friendly.
