The Space:
Palma is a two-storey house located in a quiet residential area, within minutes of the nearest slipway, Hamworthy park and beach is only a short walk away. The house benefits from a pretty rear garden - great for al fresco dining. It is an ideal base for exploring Poole and the surrounding area.
Entrance leading to the living room with doors leading into the open plan dining and kitchen. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the rear garden. Stairs up to the bedrooms - Master bedroom (4ft 6in standard double), second bedroom (4ft 6in standard double) and third bedroom (3ft single). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Cloakroom on ground floor.
Parking – There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology – WIFI. Flatscreen TV. Freeview. DVD player.
Kitchen - Electric oven / gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA – Set in the waterside neighbourhood of Hamworthy, Lake Road offers a relaxed coastal base with easy access to some of Dorset’s most beautiful scenery. Just moments from Poole Harbour, the area is perfect for guests who enjoy shoreline walks and a slower pace of life, whilst still being close to many quality bars and restaurants. Explore Poole Harbour via boat from Poole Quay, book a sailing course with Rockley Watersports or enjoy a Wareham river cruise with Birds of Poole Harbour, to see our feathered friends! The Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the rolling Dorset countryside are also within easy driving distance, making Hamworthy an excellent base for exploring the wider region.
