Large top floor 3 BR + Loft BR/4 Bath condo (25' high Great Room) with exceptional views of the Keystone ski runs (day & night). Located at the entrance to the River Run Village base area in Keystone. Lots of restaurants, shops, and other activities nearby.
Unit has 8 separate beds: King, 2 Queens, Double, 4 Twins, plus 2 Queen fold outs, and 6' long portable twin futon (can be put in any room). Extra bedding is provided for the queen fold outs and twin futon.
3 flat screen TV's, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with all major appliances. This is our most popular building--internet/sports cafe (free WiFi + 12 flat screen TV's), kids video game area, heated pool, hot tub, workout facility, convenience store, free underground parking (with elevators), and full service day spa (massages, facials, etc.) on site.

Wonderful place - great layout for our group. Great location. Comfy beds. Enough bathrooms for our group. Close to slopes, but only the teens wanted to make the walk.

4.5. Great place to stay, but still walk out about 1 mile to reach lifts without bus options. Pool and spa inside if that is what you like. Great proximity to parking, convenience store, ski shops, restaurants and brewery.

The property had great sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms for a larger group (traveled with our 2 older teenagers and my brother with 3 under 10). Close enough to the hill that older kids could walk to the hill, but the location is far enough away from the hill to make it hard with younger kids. The photos in the listing are misleading. There is not a lot of living space compared to the number of bed rooms. In the photos the dining table has been pushed out of the way (and there is a different dining table now) to make the space feel bigger. The space overall seems to have been redecorated since the photos were taken. There is no couch upstairs in the loft area, different beds / bed arrangements, etc. We had a great time. The listing needs to be updated.
