When you arrive at "The Holiday Palms" you're stepping back to a vintage styled Palm Springs of Mid-Century California. Our Villa has been remodeled to add all the modern conveniences of today, and a cool Southern Cal 60's vibe we think you will love. We have a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains both from the west, and a beautiful view of the mountains to the north. We have three flat screen TV's and a full stereo system and WIFI connected to all devices. Bring your Nextflix, Prime or Cable apps, the setup will be easy. Cable TV is included in the living room.
Our Min. Stay is 7 nights. Ask us about your length of Stay.
Our villa is downstairs and has no neighbors to the left which makes it a very private and a secure property. There is a ten acre walking park in the rear of the condo which was once part of a Golf Course. Amenities include use of Pool, Spa, & Tennis. The pool and parking is just steps away. Our Mesquite Country Club address is just a hop to the center of PS. We are close to everything including the airport.

Every thing was conveniently located. The condo was very well kept. The host were easy to contact and communicate with. The weather was in the high 70s just right for vacation. The host provided many options for eating and places to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo and liked the fact that kitchen was well stocked. Joe and Carol were always available to quickly answer any questions. Nice location on a quiet street and easy access to the Preserve to take walks. A/C and heat controls easy to understand and manage. Nice neighbors upstairs.

Nice, clean 2 bedroom condo-very comfortable. A quiet community with nice pool.It was in a great location for morning walks and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The owners were great to work with!!

Loved the location, proximity to everything was nice. It had all the basic amenities, and we did enjoy the community pool several times. Issues we faced: check in was complicated and we were left waiting and waiting for someone to arrive with keys and gate passes. The WiFi never seemed to work. And the front door key code never worked which left us with one key to share for two rooms of guests.
