South Fork 1 is perfect for larger families and friend groups who want to enjoy the best of all Bend offers any time of the year. Just 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and 5 minutes to downtown Bend!
Uniquely located in the new Trailhead neighborhood, this Tetherow vacation home comes with full access to all resort amenities. Kids can walk across the street to Tetherow Sport and Pool, golf course, restaurants, and event center. The backyard connects to Bend’s extensive hiking and mountain bike trail network and the driveway connects to dedicated paved bike paths.
The four king bedrooms in the spacious main house feature private en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, plush carpeting, blackout blinds, and ample closets. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. Socializing can easily extend outdoors to the patio with firepit, private hot tub, and BBQ. Beautiful, roomy house with nice outdoor amenities, and good sized rooms each with a bathroom. Worked out really nicely for our large adult family on site for a wedding!

This property has great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. I loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom.

We had a great 4-night ski vacation at Tetherow. The condo/house was well equipped and very clean. The one complaint we had is the lack of seating. Even though we rented the whole house plus the garage apartment (sleeps 12, we had 10) there was not enough seating in the living or dining area. One small 3-seater sofa, and a small table with 4 chairs, plus 3 bar stools aren't enough. There were 3 extra chairs, but the table was too small to comfortably accommodate more than 4 or 5.
