The apartment is spacious and well appointed with thoughtfully coordinated design items. One could stay a long time in this spot.
The bed was quite comfortable.
Check in glitch due to my thinking I had reserved via Expedia, which I HAD, but instructions were at VRBO and I couldn't get into that site. The host did answer at about midnight, so that was appreciated. Expedia was not helpful!
Very central location.
Expedia brags about what you see is what you pay, but I am not sure the VRBO charges were front and center. Not sure.

This property was perfect for our visit with our son at Chico State. It was spacious, comfortable, very close to campus, and has two luggage racks. That last point may seem trivial, but it was a great touch from the owners and very rare! Anthony communicated clearly and at the right times. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable!

Place was apparently very mistreated by previous visitors so we want to be fair. There aren’t any windows that open in the whole apartment, which meant we couldn’t get rid of the nasty cigarette smell. Owner offered us a discount for all our trouble but we haven’t seen or heard from him since. Bed and covers were very comfortable, but when we tried to use the heater, it would blow a fuse. The shower was very slippery—they need to put non-stick mat on the floor of the shower. Place is cute and the location is great. Need to make a few minor upgrades
