This spacious 1,000 sq ft, 1‑BR / 1‑BA (sleeps 4) apartment features:
* Double‑door entry from the charming front patio
* Two fireplaces
* Renovated kitchen & bathroom
* Comfortable bed, HD‑TV, and high‑speed internet
* Bathroom: Please note: it has a tub that you step in to shower (will be made into a walk in shower in the future). Not great for older guests.
* Historic architectural charm throughout
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This property is now under new ownership—and to celebrate, guests receive a 10% New Owner Discount.

West Beach is a uniquely charming, quiet enclave—only four blocks square—originally part of the grounds of the grand Potter Hotel a century ago. This property is a designated historic site, with local lore suggesting that the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, and other dignitaries once stayed here.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Guests can enjoy the inviting front veranda—perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon drink.
Unique to this property is the "The Chapala Rooftop Patio" and is available for daytime use (guests are asked to leave it as found, tidy and reset).
WALK EVERYWHERE:
* 2 blocks to the Wharf & beach path
* 2 blocks to State Street and the Funk Zone
* Everything downtown is walkable
* 50¢ downtown trolley and easy Uber access
* 15 minutes to SB Airport, plus SB Airbus service to LAX

* Secure, private exterior porch for surfboards or bike storage

My stay in Jeff's place was exactly as advertised. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Check in and check out was simple. The location could not have been better. Short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Space was clean ,organized and equipped with all I needed for a relaxing weekend, and the rooftop was a fun place to sit and read. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Great location and great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The rooftop patio was a perfect place to relax. Great communication, I would definitely stay again!
