Two couples enjoyed everything about this beautiful home…the standouts were the water view from any of the decks or the evening view from the fireplace…enjoying s’mores and wine….nothing better! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Sunrise on Badin was perfect! The house is very well stocked with pretty much anything you could need for your stay. Especially the kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. We didnt utilize the downstairs at all, mainly because we had a toddler with us and we had to try to keep her away from the stairs. The baby gates they had were very much appreciated. We brought our own boat and the dock was perfect. We enjoyed using the kayak and jumping off the top deck of the dock. Paul the owner was great to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The only problem we had was trying to keep the baby away from the fireplace, but we were able to use the patio chair cushions to block it. The living room furniture is pretty large and heavy/bulky which also was a challenge with the toddler, but we made it work and everyone had a great time. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walked around the area. We would definitely recommend renting with Paul!
