With a terrace and a solarium equipped with tents and shade sail (Corradi), all motorized.
The house is equipped with all comforts - appliances, furniture, finishes, new and high-level accessories - also useful for staying there for long periods.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house, with exclusive use.

A wonderful Location and a wonderful Host! Small house perfect for two. Convenient parking on the site. Well equipped and perfectly clean. But most of all - in one of the nicest spots you can find on Elba. Patrias is a small town in a small bay - with a small stony beach and beach bar for relaxed sundowners. Unless you want to watch the sundown from you own terrace up the hill - probably the better choice - see picture
