Reviewer Comments:
We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at A Gift from the Sea. Initially when we arrived the house was a little warm and stuffy but opening windows and doors made a huge difference since the area has its own natural cooling system. Everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Very close to places we wanted to visit, and easy in and out. Great for anyone with mobilty issues as the house is all on once floor and no steps.

Reviewer Comments:
This home on the hill above Cambria was a great location for walking the Fiscalini Ranch Reserve (access right across the street) as well as exploring the beaches and greater Cambria area. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the front patio for lounging, dining, reading and visiting when the afternoon sun came out.

The location is great, check-in and check-out was very easy, and the house is very nicely decorated. We were there over New Year and the inclement weather prevented us from taking advantage of the outdoor areas, but it looked like a very nice place to sit. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, and we would recommend a dehumidifier to help with the challenges of the local climate. We could not get the hot tub to a good temperature and the chlorine was very strong.
