Superb apartment renovated in 2023 located in a chic, green and quiet area of Las Ramblas golf course with 2 bedrooms, 3 air-conditioning units with heating, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace and 1 small garden just in front of one of the 5 community swimming pools accessible to tenants. The sea, shops, restaurants and 5 golf courses are very close.
No smoking inside the apartment, only on the terrace.
35 minutes from Murcia airport.
