The center is a fantastic base for your holiday in Rome. Being in the hub of the city, you are surrounded by all the action and the lively atmosphere which never ceases. The famous squares, Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori are particularly good places to head for dinner and drinks at the end of the day, and the short walk back to your short-term apartment in the evening is definitely a huge advantage.Just 50 meters from Piazza Navona in the old and Typical Roman street in an elegant building elegant third floor apartment , composed by a large hall , spacious living-room with LCD wide screen and satellite tv , a comfortable double sofa bed ,dining area for 6 people, two double bedrooms (king and twin), fully furnished kitchen with oven and bathroom with shower. The space and the location makes this property a very good solution for your sojourn in Rome.

Great location. Apartment could use a face-lift but suited our needs. Only downfall is the stairs. Didnt realize there wasnt an elevator so we have to carry all our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Beware of the restaurant two down to the left when you exit. They only overcharged on everything we ordered. Our bill came out to 600 euro when it's should have been not even 300 euro.

Perfect location a quick walk from Piazza Novona. Check in was easy and convenient. Francesco was very kind and helpful. We got to check in a bit early which was perfect on a rainy day! Lots of great restaurants, shops, gelato and the best Tiramisu across the street. The apartment is spacious, homey and charming. We enjoyed peeking out the window and listening to the hustle bustle of the streets. It might be a bit noisy for families with small children but we enjoyed feeling like we were in the heart of the action of Rome. Not too loud or crowded, but full of life! Just right. Convenient grocery store up the street. We loved our stay here, would absolutely recommend and hopefully will return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was perfect for our explorations of the city and most destinations were walkable! Public transport nearby via bus stations. We did opt for a taxi to the airport on our departure using the FreeNow app. The only “downside” is that if noise bothers you this may not be ideal. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and is above several restaurants at street level. In the morning the restaurants dump their glass bottles out for recycling at 7-8am which is loud! Additionally in the evenings the street is popular with music and laughter echoing in the air. The night we left a trumpet was playing for the crowds at 10 pm (not a bother to us other than our 4 am alarm- but may be a problem for families with younger children). There is a clothes washer and a drying rack.

This apartment was in a perfect location. However they should have warned us that there were 60 stairs up to the lodging and no elevator. As older travelers, this was challenging. And the check-in process was awkward. The apartment was nice, though.
