The Space:
Perched atop a dune on a private beach with panoramic ocean views, our home offers the ideal location for a summer getaway. The bright and open design of this beach house, with large windows and sliders everywhere, provides water views from nearly every room. Our large wrap around deck is a great place to hang out and relax, while enjoying sweeping views of the bay - and the sunsets are AMAZING! You won’t have to travel far to enjoy the sand and sea, as you will have access to two deeded, private beaches, as well as easy access to South Sunken Meadow Beach. Inside our newly renovated home, you will find a large combined living/dining/kitchen area under vaulted ceilings, with top of the line appliances, islands, and comfortable couch and dining room seating. There are six bedrooms that can sleep a total of sixteen guests, as well as four full bathrooms on four livable floors. Central A/C throughout the house will provide comfort on even the hottest of summer days, and you will love the decor and fabulous artwork on display. Other amenities include WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. This is a beautiful house, very nicely furnished, in a stunning location! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and there is a huge dining table to accommodate large groups. There is a great wraparound deck with gorgeous views of the bay. The number of bathrooms, plus nice outdoor shower, were great for our group of 15.We did have some problems with the dishwasher and later the dryer, which were initially addressed by the management group, but when the problem recurred closer to the end of our stay, they decided to wait until the property was turned over to come back and check it out. Despite that, we would absolutely consider renting the property again, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed this home very much. The views and access to the beach are wonderful. Lots of room. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets.

Great location, property manager and house. Access to the beach was wonderful, and we enjoyed the house and views all week. A number of things could be updated and outside storage was lacking but all in all adults and children had an excellent week.
