Villa Description:
Well secluded at the end of a very calm alley, Villa is yet perfectly located in the heart of Oberoi area in Seminyak.Only 250m away from Seminyak Square, the famous shopping center in Oberoi, 700m from Seminyak beach, and this villa is also a stone's throw away from many great restaurants and high end boutiques.
After passing through the beautiful antique door as you enter the villa, you will find the long swimming pool, where you can enjoy plunging yourself in a blue clear water on the morning before having the delightful breakfast. Two lovely bungalows with alang-alang roofing (typical Balinese thatch) are placed at the end of the pool. You will find in each one, a nicely decorated bedroom offering a pool view with en suite bathroom.
The main building is in a Joglo concept (Indonesian traditional house in old teak), the solid structure by centenary wood material that shelters the living room, TV area, the open-plan kitchen with the dining room. This spacious place offers a friendly ambient in a sophisticated decoration. Opened on three sides, you will enjoy a better view of the luxuriant tropical garden. In each side of the house, two modern and cozy bedrooms are accessible through their bay windows giving a garden view. Moreover, both bedrooms are equipped with a spacious dressing area, large mirror and en-suite bathrooms at your disposal.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes.
We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa.

We had a great experience with this villa - everything we needed was provided (albeit we had requested prior to arrival and everything had to be chased up - it was quickly sorted though so we had everything later that same day). with young children the place was great and they really looked after us. highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Seminyak - it was very close to bars and restaurants, yet tucked away enough there wasn't any noise. Would happily come back again!

We would like to thank specially Raphael et Jérémy. They were very very helpful. They organized differents trips (Mont Batur, Boat excursion to Gili Air, transportation each time we needed). We would also recommend our wonderful driver I Kadek Andrean - young, very polite, very careful - We like him a lot. Please do not hesitate to give his name for transportation at your next customers.
The house is gorgeous, not easy to find but quiet area in the tumultuous Seminyak.
