- Bedroom 2 - Larger bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. En-suite bath with a stand up shower. Full length mirror in hallway. Private entrance and patio.

-The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a hot tub, a wet bar, a grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the whole space including the 2-car garage.

Guests do NOT have access to locked owners’ closets on the lower level and in the primary bedroom.

No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.

The luxury home is centrally located in a perfect spot for accessing all of the downtown neighborhoods by foot or are a short Uber/scooter ride away. Neighborhood:
Curtis Park is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people can access services such as receiving mail and help finding employment. You will see unhoused people, but it shouldn’t impact your stay.
