Situated in the urbanization of Puerto de las Nieves, the access to the duplex is on both sides of the urbanization. At the entrance, there is a small furnished terrace.
Once inside we find a very cozy living-dining room, as well as a toilet and a fully fitted kitchen with a utility room with free wifi.
In the living room, we find the stairs that lead us to the upper floor. There we have three bedrooms as well as a complete bathroom.

We had a great time staying at your place. Javier was very friendly and helpful at any time. Clean apartment, very quiet location although very close to the village and the seafront.

Thank you, it was clean, nice and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need, a small and comfortable terrace - great for dinner, incredibly clean air, great location, very convenient that we had our own parking space, enough towels and wine as a gift.
