Enjoy complete privacy in this lower suite with its own private locked entrance. Included is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed with comfy memory foam mattress, a leather couch that converts to a queen-size bed and small dining area. We can also provide a single air-mattress if requested. (sleeps 4+)

Special Note: This space is the bottom story of a larger residence and you can hear the occupants walking around on the floor above. We have installed sound attenuation and provide a sound machine to help mitigate the inconvenience. Most guests love the area, location and the place but if you are sensitive to this type of noise we would rather you understand upfront then book and be unhappy.
