A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.
A touch of New Orleans at the Gulf of Mexico! The Royal Orleans is a quaint, comfortable condo complex across the street from the white sands of the Gulf. The Royal Orleans has a year-round heated pool, free WiFi, on site coin laundry and is just steps away from public beach access!
Unit 211 is decorated in a fun, beachy theme with all the comforts of home! After a fun day at the beach, grab a drink, sit on the deck and enjoy views of the sun setting over the Gulf!
This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for an additional air bed, 2 flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels.

Nice and comfy condo for two. Perfect for our long weekend with family. We were less than a block from where they were all staying. My only issues were the bed was a little hard for what I’m used to and there isn’t certain cooking needs in the kitchen, ie: blender, colander, large bowl. The host, Burkhard, was amazing. Very kind and accommodating as well as easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer!

Very nice, small 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for the two of us. The pool was nice, walking distance to some restaurants. Beach was right across the street. We ubered down to John’s pass a lot, and took the boat out to shell island. Great time, my one complaint would be there isn’t a couch in the living room just two chairs. Other than that it was a great stay.

Excellent place to stay my girlfriend and I enjoyed this sweet tuck away. Well taken care of and it smells lovely when you walk through the door! Great for a couples beach gateway! The downside was when we arrived the unit had no A/C on and it 91 degrees when we arrived. After setting the ac to on it took until the next day to bring it down to 78. I highly recommend getting and planning an activity to let the place cool down.
