The highlight of this magnificent villa is the patio with stone seating on the lower floor and the terrace on the upper floor that opens up to a panoramic view of the crystal-clear waters of the Sardinian Sea. In addition, the terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture that will make you appreciate even more the moments of relaxation and breathtaking sunsets.

This family villa in Sardinia is organised on two levels, which are extensively connected, has two access points and completely autonomous rooms.
Both floors, in fact, present an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a direct connection to the external areas of the villa.

On the upper floor, a splendid terrace offers an enchanting view of the Island of Tavolara and the surrounding coastline, while on the lower floor, the living room connects directly to a patio set between stone walls that accommodates a lounge area and a large brick barbecue, and to an outdoor courtyard with stone seating surrounded by the greenery of nature.

Inside, this holiday home in San Teodoro also features some rooms enriched with elements that recall the typical Gallura style and recall the colours of the turquoise sea of this coast.
The property is also able to accommodate up to a maximum of 12 guests, thanks to the presence of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
