This level is completed by a guest WC and a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the outside area. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor and all have access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rural surroundings that will make you forget the stresses and strains of everyday life. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place where you will find numerous ateliers, ideal for enjoying art with every step you take through the town. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers beautiful natural beaches and good restaurants. In the surroundings of Labin-Rabac you can enjoy tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports and the first beach is 12 km away from the villa.
