First snow bird stay following my retirement. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was heated and we used it all the time. The home is well equipped and out of all the homes we have rented for various vaca’s and trips the hosts, Grace and Charlie were the most accommodating and caring for anything we needed. We stayed for about two months and they immediately addressed anything we called them about. We would highly recommend this home to those looking for a vacation house. Located in a good area it was easy to get into Tampa’s downtown or drive over to the Clearwater beaches. We would rent this home again and we’re so pleased with our stay.

Great house, fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay in the Tampa area. Location is ideal with easy access to experience Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater. We were down for spring training so was easy access to get to the games and area beaches. Hostess was terrific in responding to any inquiry. Also was working a portion of the time and inhome WiFi and separate office area was ideal. We also thoroughly enjoyed some quite relaxing evenings on the lovely screened porch. A vacation home that will not disappoint.
