The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

*Max 2 Parking Spots (the City will tow street parking)
*Don't disturb the neighbors.
*Quiet Hours 11 PM - 8 AM.
*NO MAIL or Packages to be delivered.
*An additional $40 cleaning fee may be applied for units that are beyond normal clean up.
*Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
*Late checkouts without prior approval may be charged $20 per hour.
*If not checked out by noon, we reserve the right to bill for an additional night's stay.

We loved our stay at this rental property. Everything was exactly as stated. We used the bikes to get groceries at a nearby shop, the kids used the boogie boards, and I rented a surfboard to go surfing. We even had a view of a rocket launch right from the front yard (see photo). Juniper was very responsive to our messages, and provided everything we needed. The house was clean and stocked well. All of this for a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quaint location close to the beach.

This place was perfect for reunion with my grandkids. I would recommend this place to anyone. The host was exemplary! He was always available for communication and was extremely polite.

Everything was clean and inside was up-to-date and looked relatively new. Had lots of beach things and all but the umbrella were nice (umbrella is supposed to get replaced). About 2 blocks from the beach so a pretty easy walk. Would be a bit crowded with 4-6 people as the bathroom was small with no counter space and only an uncomfortable hidabed and a comfy chair to sit on in the living room. Was a nice fit for 2 -3 people. Beds were comfy and the sheets were very soft. Didn't realize it was a duplex but we didn't hear the neighbors at all (though the umbrella was destroyed after they used it). Had never been to beach in Cape Canaveral before and it was nice sand and in laye June not very crowded. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this home in Cape Canaveral. Communication with the host was good, and overall the stay was okay.
The house is small but functional. There was a noticeable musty/old smell, and the towels appeared worn and stained. We also had some difficulty with the dryer, which did not dry the clothes properly.
Aside from these points, everything else was fine. With a few small improvements, the experience could be better.
