Historic charm radiates from this lovingly restored 1856 Creole Cottage. Located on a gorgeous block in the Treme neighborhood, our home is steps to the French Quarter. Walk 15 minutes to either Bourbon or Frenchmen and soak in the live music and bustling nightlife. Before you hit the town, rest up in our cozy living room or sip a cocktail on the back patio surrounded by bamboo.

Sleeps 6, backyard available for shared use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to NOLA! This is a single family home in a residential neighborhood - please respect our neighbors as you would your own! Located in the heart of the Tremé - the birthplace of Jazz. The neighborhood is very diverse and full of culture, please be an awesome ambassador of the city you are from. We expect our guests to be courteous and friendly in their interactions with the neighbors and we highly recommend that you patronize our local businesses. Please ask us for recommendations.!

4 blocks to Rampart/Ursulines Streetcar
Other Things to Note:
Unit is 1 of a 3-plex
Owner lives in separate area on the premises. Private entrance / exits.
The first 2 rooms are walk-throughs. The third bedroom is private with an en suite bath. 2 additional baths available. All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.

This is simply the perfect place. Beautiful home and a 6 min walk to everything you want. Great host, great place 10 of 10 would do again, and again!

My husband and I love New Orleans. I booked this spot because it is in such a historically significant spot. We have a family of 5, kids ages 4-17. We come from a very culturally rich state and I want my children to experience other culturally rich places. This was perfect! The architecture alone is a site to see. There was plenty of space and it’s absolutely unique to New Orleans (as far as I’ve experienced). The neighborhood was super welcoming. There’s a great little coffee shop steps away, a little corner market around the block, and an awesome little bar across from that. We walked to the Juneteenth fest two blocks away in the park and had a great time. We explored the French Quarter, the aquarium, and the insectarium, and had a blast. We’re big walkers, so for us it was all doable without a car.
