Great cabin for a large family gathering. Pool was nice but small, so only the children used it. We had to buy a gate to keep the toddler off the stairs. But we had everything we needed. It was neat and clean. We enjoyed it.

The host was easy to work with. This was our second year and we enjoyed our family Christmas. If I had anything negative to say it would be the mattress was not comfortable and the remotes to the tvs were not with the right tvs and we never found the one for the kids room and that was not good

We had a good time. There were some things that could have been better.
Cons
*the pool water was greenish
*some chairs were loose
* for 21 guest it would've been nice to have more than 1 kitchen.
Pros
* the view is AMAZING
* the location wasn't too far from town
