This is our 2nd time staying at this unit. It's very well kept, clean, has everything needed for a vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach is just steps away from the condo. Owners are wonderful! We recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beachfront vacation. Perfect for families!

One week in this unit is not enough. With the sun, the waves and the sand, life is good.
The unit is very lovely with modern, comfortable furniture and appliances. It is complete with dishes, pots and pans. If you need anything else, Linda would find it for you.
Linda and Dean were very helpful answering questions and giving ideas for activities and restaurants.
Beach chairs, fishing rods and bikes were all available. We were very happy with our stay.

We had such an enjoyable vacation at this property! It is exactly as pictured, except that the photos don't do it justice - it's breezy and bright, casual yet classy, and so comfy and "home-y." Everything you need is right there.
From beginning to end, the owners were a pleasure to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed and giving us great tips to maximize our enjoyment of the area during our stay.
The condo itself is PERFECTLY situated right on the world-class beach. You can watch cruise ships come and go, marvel at the surfers and kite-surfers (they're wild!), and if you're lucky like us, maybe even catch a rocket launch!
It's nice and close to more terrific attractions than we had time to enjoy! It's less than an hour from Orlando, Kennedy Space Center is nearby, plus the Cape Canaveral area has a plethora of wonderful restaurants, parks, and shopping so there is never a shortage of something to do. But the condo is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy doing nothing at all except relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine if you want!
We are so glad we got to stay here for our Florida vacation. It couldn't have been more perfect, and we hope to return again someday. Thanks!
