This Townhome is a new, newly furnished, three story 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, house in Nashville. The open, fun space is PERFECT for Groups, Families, Bachelor/Bachelorette trips or Business trips! Plenty of workstations throughout the house. The Roof Top Deck is FABULOUS! Watch the sunrise and set over Nashville. 5 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks + The Gulch. Just minutes from Marathon Village.

Located in Nashville’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway!
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $215. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!

The property was very clean and very accessible from lower Broadway. It was exactly what we needed to handle our group. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic place. Clean, fresh, modern, comfortable, and great setup & layout. Great location that was quick and easy to get in and out of downtown. Will definitely try to book here again next time we're in Nash!

This was a beautiful home to stay in for my husbands 50th birthday! All guest were happy with our entire stay. Everything was clean, inviting, and decorated beautifully. Being able to walk to get something to eat was nice, and easy Uber pickup and drop off. I would stay at this property again!

Good place but beware that the bedroom advertised as one king bed and two twin beds is not accurate. None of the bedrooms are big enough for that. And the twin beds are actually roll-away beds that were on completely different floors. Not enough sheets and blankets for 12 people even though we said we’d have that many in the pre check in. We made it work and it’s a nice place, just be aware of this inaccuracy in the listing.
