It is located in a quiet area in central Istria surrounded by picturesque countryside. The large property, which has a bocce court and a children's playground, is shared with the neighbouring houses. The charming Istrian stone house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. An outdoor pool is available for private use so you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. Enjoy the comfort of a pool dome that can be closed. This is ideal for winter days as the property is open all year round. The dome protects 100% from UV and the pool is heated. On the ground floor is the cooking and dining area as well as a separate WC. On the first floor is the living room and a cosy bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa Julijud is an ideal place to get away from it all and spend an unforgettable holiday. A professional charging station for electric vehicles with a maximum output of 22 kWh has been installed.

If you want to visit the beaches, you can easily reach the west coast of Istria, for example in the area of the historic town of Porec. A day trip to the Brijuni National Park, a visit to Lim Bay or the town of Porec is always a good idea.
