'Brumby Cottage' - Conveniently located between town and famous surf beaches, this fully self-contained 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cedar-wood cottage is the ideal getaway.
Fresh linen, bedding, towels and guest amenities are provided.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant bird-life. There is an enormous fenced landscaped 'back yard' where the children and dogs can be free.
Huge Smart TV - Log into your own streaming accounts or choose a movie from our DVD collection. Free WIFI!
Large open plan living area with slow combustion wood fireplace and a reverse cycle air-conditioner. A bag of firewood, matches and firelighters are supplied during the cooler months.

Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed.
Second Bedroom - 1 x Double Bed.
Third Bedroom - 2 x Single Beds.
Quality fresh linen, bedding and extra blankets are provided.
PLEASE NOTE - The rate for 2 Guests is for the use of the master bedroom. Bookings of 3 - 4 guests have access to 2 bedrooms, The Master bedroom, plus the choice of the 2nd bedroom with a Double bed or 2 x Single beds. All 3 bedrooms are accessible for bookings of 5 - 6 guests.
For those not wanting to share a bedroom, extra charges apply if an additional bedroom is required for 2 - 4 guests.
Fully equipped and self contained kitchen. Fridge/freezer, gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine. All cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. Dish-washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towels provided. Salt and pepper, tea, coffee (instant and pods) sugar plus 1 x litre of milk are supplied.
1 Bathroom - Please note- The shower is over the bath. Towels, hand towels and face washers are provided. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are supplied
Laundry equipped with front loading washing machine - Washing powder is supplied.
Washing line with pegs. Iron and Ironing board. Gas Webber BBQ on porch. Several out door seating options. There is an out door fire pit for use in winter. Check if fire bans apply before use.
We will welcome you upon your arrival and then the 'rest' is up to you Zzzz..

To maintain our high standards of cleanliness we have established a basic 'Dog Policy'- Well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay at 'Brumby Cottage' providing owners are happy to agree and abide by our 3 simple dog rules. *
1.Owners are to bring and provide their dogs' own bedding, water and food bowls.
2.Poo bags are supplied - Prior to departure, owners are required to clean up after their dogs.
3.When inside - Dogs are to be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture at all times and are not to be left inside unattended. A doggy door is on the flyscreen door of the laundry which is accessible from the covered verandah. An enormous fenced yard surrounds the cottage.
'Brumby Cottage' is located only 5 minutes drive S/W of the bustling Margaret River Townsite and close to the pristine beaches of Redgate, Prevelly or Gnarabup.
'Just down the road' from internationally renowned wineries, including Xanadu, Leeuwin Estate and Voyager. Enjoy tasting premium Margaret River wines and gourmet local produce.
