The location is great. Only 15 min from broadway. Very spacious with a large group, everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge plus for us. The host is very responsive, when I had a question or a need it was handled promptly! Would stay again.

We had a couple hiccups but nothing that affected our vacation. Communication with the management team was quick and they addressed our concerns in a timely matter. Townhouse was close enough to downtown that Ubers were reasonable and far enough away to be away from the late night partying. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, the property that’s listed in the picture is what we arrived to. However, there was an issue with the linens (yellow staining) on the bed as well as the bathroom floor, having some sort of staining on it. I addressed this matter with the host the next morning as I was too tired to address it that night after a long drive. They did instruct me that there were extra linens provided in one of the bedrooms and that I could change the sheets myself. Also, the floors will be taken care of after my stay. I also reached out to the host to see if some sort of compensation would be provided due to the uncleanliness in which they pretty much told me no because their housekeeper did such a wonderful job at ensuring that the property was clean. I travel for work all the time and I don’t expect for every little nook and cranny to be clean however after spinning 2,927 for two properties, I at least expected a clean bed and bathroom, I’m sorry but yellow stained sheets just don’t give peace of mind and leaves me questioning the cleanliness of the rest of the rooms. I told the host that I was disappointed that we couldn’t come to an agreement and I left it there.
