The house was very spacious and close access to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus and great for quick trips around the area. House is close to Alvin’s Island, convenient store , and some restaurants. There were a few minor upkeep issues but that didn’t really affect the stay. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house.

Home was very beautiful and had lots of room for a family of 14. Home was clean but the garage needs a good cleaning. Was well stocked with bath towels but could use some more dish towels and dishes. Property was close to the pool but was a little far from the beach. To far to walk especially with kids. The golf cart was nice, but you could not ride it to the private beach entry because you had nowhere to park it. So we had to go to the public beach which was not far so we could have somewhere to park . Had no problem with check-in and if we needed something, replied very fast. But overall, the house was very nice..

The property was really nice and clean. Location was great. Only issue I had was communication about towels. There wasn’t enough. Overall our stay was wonderful!

There was problem with the upstairs A/C the house had some sort of big machine at te front door that reached up to the second four for the A/C with kept noise every night, The smoke alarm malfunction with was beeping every 5 minutes for two until one of the guys said he couldn't stand the noise and know we couldn't so he removed it. The only peaceful night we had was the last night there when the remove all that equipment.I was told for the inconvenience I would be credit back for 2 days what they sent me was for 1 day. I was charged more that what the show on receipt, it's not correct.
